2008-2009

*Tuition may be paid in full by May 1, 2008 or financed through First Bank and Trust.

 

Copies of the following documents need to apply:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Social Security Card
• This year & last year report cards
• 2 years standardized test scores

If Catholic:

• Baptism Certificate
• Date & Church of First Reconciliation
• Date & Church of First Communion

FEES

The following fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable and non-transferable. A place will not be held for a student unless these fees are paid in full.

Catholic/Contributing

• $140.00 Oldest or only child registration fee - paid by all students
  
  
• $125.00 Registration fee paid by all other children in the family

Catholic (Non-contributing) or Non-Catholic

• $140.00 Oldest or only child registration fee - paid by all students
  
  
• $125.00 Registration fee paid by all other children in the family
  
  
• $300.00 Catholic non-contributing or Non-Catholic

ORDER OF ACCEPTANCE

Priority 1: All currently enrolled students in good standing (academically, behaviorally) Registered, active, supporting members of St. Cletus Church.**

Priority 2: Siblings of currently enrolled students who are registered, active, supporting members of St. Cletus Church.**

Priority 3: Catholic children of families who are registered, active, supporting members of St. Cletus Church.**

Priority 4: Catholic children of families who are residing outside of St. Cletus Parish.*

Priority 5: Non-Catholic children who may apply.

*A Catholic family residing in a parish without a school, or in a parish with a school that has no openings at the time of registration, may apply to their resident pastor for a voucher for the $200 parish support fee.

 **ACTIVE, REGISTERED, SUPPORTING MEMBER OF THE PARISH

To be considered an active, registered, supporting member of the parish, a family must contribute $10/week to St. Cletus Church by December 31, 2008 for a total of $520 per year. Family members should also participate in parish life and support parish activities.
